In order to protect you and to ensure that you have genuine Simply Slim, please authenticate you product.

To increase product security, each box of capsules is uniquely numbered (in no particular sequence). Customers are required to authenticate their product using a mobile phone solution developed in South Africa. The solution gives immediate feedback to the customer advising whether the product is authenticated, whilst also recording the authentication of that particular product and removing the unique number from the database so that the same pack cannot be authenticated twice. Each box will have a clear sticker on both sides, which will damage the box when and if the sticker is pulled off.

On the bottom of your Simply Slim pack, you will find an unique product ID number. (e.g. A00001). This number is unique to this particular pack of Simply Slim.

To authenticate your product:

1. Dial *120*8683*7546# on your mobile (cellular) phone and press either “send” “dial” or “enter” (Green Telephone)
2. You will receive a return menu offering you the following options:
   1. Authenticate
   2. Profile
   3. Contact Information
3. Select “1” by first pressing either “answer” “send” or the green telephone, then entering “1” and then pressing “Send” or the green telephone image
4. You will then be asked to enter your product code – press “answer” “send” or the green telephone button, then enter the code and then press “Send” or the green telephone button.
5. You will then receive a message advising “Authentication Successful”. This indicates that you have genuine Simply Slim below this message, you will see the options:
   1. Profile
   2. Contact Information
   3. Exit
6. Please proceed through the profile option as this will enable us to communicate with you on a far more personal basis and will place you in line for great prizes in our forthcoming promotions.

Some notes on product security

The Authentication Code that you have on your box will be matched with a code on the 4Xblister strips in your box. This protects the integrity of your product and ensures that we have control over every batch and pack that is sold.
